Tumblr Thread Explains Why Maroon 5 Is Definitely Up To Something

Behind the handsome face of Adam Levine lies a conspiracy. At least according to this Tumblr user, who wrote up a whole thread that Maroon 5's popularity is surprisingly low for how many people know and love their songs. While we can't really agree about the quality of their songs, perhaps this Tumblr user is onto something.

Social media has a lot of drawbacks, but the fact that we are able to witness insane public freakouts in real time is an absolute win. And with this absurd video, this QAnon-believing Karen has outdone most of her peers. She begins her aggressive attack against masks in Target, destroying a display and screaming "This shit is f*cking over." When the employees ask her to leave, she thinks she's being discriminated against because she's blonde and wears a Rolex.

The insanity doesn't stop there. Once she's outside the store she starts "baa"-ing at shoppers wearing masks, calling them sheep. Things go even further when she starts ranting to police about how she is a QAnon spokesperson and has a personal relationship with Donald Trump. She also says she has millions of viewers - but on the live feed it's very clear that she's broadcasting to just 83 people. We hope she gets the help she sorely needs.

Hilariously Cringey Conspiracy Memes

One of our favorite activities is going on Facebook to see all the bizarre content that conspiracy theorists create. They're often made by boomers with limited Photoshop skills - and even more limited senses of humor. It's recently come to our attention that there's an entire Twitter account dedicated to these kinds of memes and posts, and @conspiraboomers is seriously saving the time we'd sped hunting down these cringey memes. The best part? The account doesn't discriminate, so expect everything from Flat Earth content to rabid anti-vaxxer memes.

Get Ready To 'Storm The Bermuda Triangle,' Because Apparently People Are Already Over 'Area 51'

Alright, well, here we go again. The internet has apparently moved past the Area 51 craze and onto the next thing: storming the Bermuda Triangle - one of nature's greatest mysteries and the source of countless conspiracy theories and ship and airplane disappearances.

There's even been a Facebook group dedicated to the event, set to happen on August 30th of this year. The plan is still being worked out, so be sure to check back on the Facebook group soon. We just hope people can get their sh*t together in time...

We're a little sad that people are moving on from storming Area 51, but we're holding out hope that someone will actually follow through with storming the Bermuda Triangle because tbh we can't wait to see the resulting memes.

'Storm Area 51' Is The Internet's 'Brainiest' New Idea

Many of us Americans grew up hearing stories and legends about Area 51, a United States Air Force facility in Nevada that's long been rumored to be the home of extraterrestrial research conducted by the government.

Some people on Facebook apparently decided that it was time to find out what exactly they're doing in there once and for all. Aptly named "Storm Area 51, They Can't Stop All Of Us" the Facebook group has dedicated the hours of 3am through 6am on Friday, September 20th during which attendees will break into the facility to "see them aliens."

How will they dodge security, you ask? By Naruto-running faster than any incoming bullets. Easy.

No one is totally sure whether the people involved in this are serious about doing this, but regardless, memers have been taking the opportunity to roast the crap out of the situation.

Look, out of good conscience we can't really recommend that you attend this, but we also can't stop you so what the hell. Honestly, there are way too many memes for us to share them all with you, so enjoy the following and check out the official event Facebook for tons more!
