The United States is a country that really likes to do things it's own way. I remember in elementary school we had a unit on measuring temperature, and my teacher showed us a map of countries that use Celsius vs countries that use Fahrenheit. The only countries that used Fahrenheit were the USA and Liberia. Happy 4th of July ! 245 years ago the United States declared independence, and it's been a party ever since. Independence Day is one of the best holidays for barbeques, fireworks, and ugly Old Navy t-shirts. One of the best parts of the 4th of July is foraging for a place to watch the fireworks. Celebrating America is great and all, but we'd rather celebrate the glorious art of grilling. There's nothing like the smell of charcoal to get that feeling of celebration going. Plump sausages.
