Watch The World's Smallest Full Frame Camera Being Made (8 GIFs)

Do you ever see tiny things and wonder how on Earth they were made? What, did faries make them with tiny fairy hands? In the case of the Sigma fp, the world's smallest full frame camera, we have video evidence that it is not being made by fairies (although the video might just be a front... we will investigate more). The workers in these videos do have to seem nimble hands, though. If you're interested in seeing how a tiny camera is made, continue reading!

Remember Remember the 21st of September

Demi Adejuyigbe is a television writer from shows ranging from The Late Late Show with James Corden to the Gilmore Girls Reboot. But his claim to fame has nothing to do with his credits. Back in 2016, he tweeted a dance on September 21st to the Earth Wind and Fire classic "September," which went viral on Twitter, and gathered nearly 400,000 views on YouTube. Fast forward to 2018, and the annual viral tradition gained 1 million views within a year. And now, we have the incredible sequel, which has reached over 1.2 million views in just 1 day

Stay tuned in 2050 when it becomes the most watched video on YouTube within an hour of its release.

Here's Something Not See Everyday - A Caribou Scratching an Itch on his Foot with his Antlers

Now that's what can be called ingenious use of what's available to you to solve a problem. This caribou is super resourceful. Sometimes you get that itch that you just cant manage to scratch. We need various back-scratchers to reach those difficult spots. But not this guy. This caribou has massive antlers that serve the same purpose. Talk about cost-cutting measures.

This was captured by local conservation workers in Denali, Alaska, and is a very rare occurrence to catch.

Ten Satisfying Mechanical GIFs

Most of the time, life doesn't go as smoothly as we want it to. Life has nasty little surprises around the corner. But there are some things that will always work like clockwork: machines. There are no nasty surprises with machines. No getting caught in the rain without an umbrella. No parking fines on your windscreen. No dropping your toast on the floor face down. None of that. Mechanical things are dependable. Predictable. So here are ten mechanical GIFs of things working that will satisfy your innate desire for order.

New Images Solve Solar Physics Mystery (6 GIFs)

A group of international researchers and scientists have shed light on one of the central mysteries of solar physics: how energy and heat from the Sun is transferred to the Sun's upper atmosphere, heating it to more than 1 million degrees Farenheit - temperatures that are hotter than the Sun's surface.

With new images taken in granular detail by the New Jersey Institute of Technology's Big Bear Solar Observatory (BBSO), the researchers discovered that jets of magnetized plasma (spicules) spurt like geysers from the sun's upper atmosphere into the corona (the outermost part of the Sun's atmosphere). These spicules are between 125 and 310 miles wide and erupt continuously across the Sun's surface. Images of the jets also shows how they are made and the paths they travel (at 62 miles per second).

The corona is invisible to the human eye and the source of the mechanisms has been a confounding mystery for astrophysicists - until now. The GIFs below show granular details of the new images taken by the Big Bear Solar Observatory

The Hubble Telescope Gave Us an Incredible Look at Saturn's Rings and Moons

Amazing what a mere collection of water and ice and a few rocks can turn into. Saturn's rings are one of the most incredible sights in the night sky, and in space overall. Though their make up is unremarkable, since the 1970s when the Pioneer and Voyager spacecraft visited the system and gave us our first close-up look.

What's more amazing is that unlike many other celestial bodies in our universe, that we need to physically reach in order to get a clear picture of, Saturn is close enough that we can get images like those below.

The Hubble Space Telescope just gave us incredible views of Saturn's rings and the movement of its moons around it

Someone Made An AI Powered Machine Out Of Lego That Sorts Lego (GIFs)

Remember that big box of Lego you had as a child that was filled with hundreds of different styles of Lego and twenty Lego men and women from Darth Vader to scuba divers? Trying to sort those boxes would have been impossible. That's probably what Daniel West experienced before he built his Universal Lego Sorting Machine from Lego. It uses artificial intelligence to sort the Lego pieces and we all want one for our ahem nieces and nephews.
