Earlier this month, the G7 Summit took place in which a fantastic photo was taken of German Chancellor Angela Merkel leaning over a table to talk to Donald Trump, who looks less than impressed. Of course, the photo just happened to be snapped at an inopportune moment that doesn't tell the whole story, but people are having fun meme-ing it nonetheless.
Surprise! America's pop princess is engaged to comedian Pete Davidson after just a few weeks of dating. The news comes as a shock especially after Grande broadcasted her split from boyfriend of two years, Mac Miller, just two days before the announcement that she and Davidson were an item. The internet is very confused and people have some pretty wild speculations and theories about what's really going on.
Donald Trump and Kim Jong Un had a historical meeting today in Singapore. The meeting, during which Trump announced the United States would cease military exercises near the Korean peninsula, was broadcast live internationally. Jong Un, in response, pledged that North Korea would remain committed to ridding themselves of nuclear weapons.
While the surprising meeting is an exciting step for international diplomacy, it's also proved to be an exciting step for this month of memes. Photographs of the two leaders are being meme'd to oblivion on Reddit - and the results have been dank, dirty, and absolutely hilarious.
Elon Musk's Boring Company recently released its flamethrowers to eager consumers on Saturday for $500 each. Perhaps the best part of it all is that the name of the flamethrower is "Not-a-Flamethrower" due to restrictions on shipping for anything labeled such an extreme fire hazard.
Musk himself tweeted that the best use of the flamethrowers would be to light fires in one's fireplace or barbecue, but of course people are using them for more epic purposes. Was this a good idea on Musk's part? Probably not, but at least it provides us with some entertainment!

Finally, some happy FOX news. Literally.
Actor Tom Bell was happily surprised when he found a sleepy fox sunbathing on his London terrace this past Sunday. He quickly shared the astonishingly adorable photos with Twitter, and they unsurprisingly went viral. The fox appeared to be very relaxed around his new rooftop buddies, so much so that Tom Bell's roommate Steve began to serenade the beats with the sweet sounds of Spanish guitar.
Around nightfall, Bell reports that the fox slinked off into the night. We hope the critter returns so we can enjoy some more fox pics - but for now we'll have to relish the photographs below.
