Turns out Gamestop shut down the pre-order hours before I could pre-order my copy. Bundle pre-orders are still going.

To all those down under players looking down in the mouth, Blizzard has come to your aid! Sort of... if you purchase the game again, they'll give you a refund, for your pre-purchase. Seems fair-ish. Sorry for all you Aussies who got screwed out of your pre-order!
