I made these for a cousin who is moving to America for a year. The red and blue is dyed sugar and the white is vanilla frosting. The toe area is just a plain muffin with a small piece taken out of the top so that the wafer can fit inside. It's held up by a twirled tweel which you usually get with at a coffee shop. I thought I'd completely botch it but i actually did it perfectly :)

Here at Memebase, our hearts go out to all those who suffered in the massive earthquake last year. Can you believe it's already been a year? It feels like just yesterday the trembles knocked all of our plastic lawn furniture to the ground.
