Before you flip out -- yes, this gem's been around forever, but hey happy Throwback Thursday. This has to be one of the most emboldened acts of trolling to make the rounds on the interwebs in a very, very long time.

Youtubers Ethan and Hila Klein, aka H3H3, submitted a request on the unrestrained subreddit /r/roastme. Which is famous for being hilariously brutal to those that submit requests.

These traffic cones did not go unnoticed, apparently they caught the attention of the local police. Later, the police department Tweeted out the interesting description they got for this incident.
