We've seen some pretty excellent fan made games make the rounds recently; and more recently, end up being shut down as result of Digital Millennium Copyright Act. It's a shame too, with games like Pokemon Uranium and the Metroid 2 remake, and No Mario's Sky, Nintendo needs to take a minute.

Well fortunately, Sega's outlook on fan made games couldn't be more different. After seeing Game Grumps played Green Hill Paradise Act 2, Sega took note and sent out their approval on twitter.

Federation Force seems to actually be really well thought out, going by those opening cutscenes.

Rainfall Films and director Sam Balcomb present a live action short set in the Metroid universe, starring Jessica Chobot (Nerdist) and America Young (Halo 5).

Now you idiots have nothing to complain about! Metroid U is on the Wii U!

Even Paper Mario fans are making fun of Metroid fans. You guys are frauds.
