Marvel's newest comic book teaser art for their big summer event series is appealing directly to 90's Kid Nostalgia. X-Men 92 appears to be a continuation of the popular 90's comic and cartoon series. With a lineup featuring Cyclops, Jean Grey, Wolverine, Jubilee, Gambit, Rogue, Storm and Beast, this version of the X-Men might be their most iconic.

Every day for weeks on end now, Marvel has been teasing the return of classic story lines, but this one definitely has our attention. Now, if they can get that theme song in those pages, too, it'll be a bestseller.

"X-Men: Apocalypse" hasn't even begun filming yet, but the viral marketing campaign has already hit the internet. Earlier this week, the Youtube Channel M Underground uploaded this video: a pseudo-conspiracy theory about the Mutant threat.

X-Men: Apocalypse will detail the rise of the franchise's most iconic villain, and will focus on the cast from First Class. Bryan Singer is set to direct with a release date in May, 2016.
