Every October, hundreds of doggies flock to Tompkins Square Park in New York City to show off their best Halloween costumes. Last year's event was cancelled due to the pandemic, but on Saturday the canines made a big comeback and showed up in record numbers. Many families showed up as recognizable ensembles, like The Wizard of Oz, The Addams Family, and Scooby Doo, while other dogs happily marched around as cenobites, trash pandas, donuts, and superheroes.
