This city is just begging to be overheard!
Let's call him courageous writer Shivam Bhatt stole some time at the 2016 Game Developer's Conference held in San Francisco to chat with Blizzard Co-Founder David Brevik during a Q&A about Diablo.
Bhatt carpe'd that diem and confessed to Brevik that he pirated the game almost two decades ago, offering up some cash on the spot for his transgression. Not only did Bhatt pretty much get rewarded with the most surreal reaction possible--Brevik taking a pic with him:
He even got a shoutout on Twitter from Brevik about the incident as well.
The weird part is both were making sandwiches.
WARNING: Obviously work-unsafe things are being said and expressed in this video. Also, bonus on-the-job drinking!
Finally, a big bar that doesn't just show sports all the time! According to the Foundry's Facebook page, Tuesday Game Night will feature:
- Ping pong, board games, cards
- Casual and competitive playable gaming (Hearthstone, SC2, LoL, and Super Smash Bros).
- "Bring Your Own Games" - Bring any board games, cards, tablets, or laptops.
- Live gaming broadcasts and VODs.
So basically, instead of watching college basketball at your local bar, you can now watch Twitch Plays Pokémon. What a time to be alive.
