Twitter Reacts To Logan Paul's Surprisingly Woke Stance On 'Manliness'

If you'd asked us what 2020 had in store for us on New Year's Day, there's a lot we wouldn't have expected. Coronavirus. Working from home and becoming an absolute lump. This insane election. Murder hornets. But we think it's possible that the most surprising treat this year has been Logan Paul's extremely slow ascent into wokeness. We covered the YouTuber's impassioned anti-racism speech back in June, and we're honestly shocked that we're once again agreeing with someone we once thought was human trash.

Logan's latest moment of viral sanity involves the Harry Styles dress-wearing debate that started earlier this week. The pop singer was featured wearing some elaborate gowns in Vogue - and not everyone on the internet was happy about it. Conservative commentator Candace Owens, among others, criticized the magazine feature. Owens went as far as to tweet this sentiment: "There is no society that can survive without strong men. The East knows this. In the west, the steady feminization of our men at the same time that Marxism is being taught to our children is not a coincidence. It is an outright attack. Bring back manly men." She received widespread criticism, and apparently, Logan Paul is one of her critics.

On the latest episode of Logan's podcast, "Impaulsive," Paul comes to Style's defense after his co-host, George Janko, called for bringing back "manly men." Logan seemed incredulous to this take, arguing that being manly is being comfortable in your own skin. But Janko doubles down, saying "It ain't manly, bro." While Paul continues to defend his stance - and call Janko out for some serious toxic masculinity - Janko resorts to gaslighting, focusing more on Paul's tone than what he is actually trying to say. While Logan hardly deserves a Nobel Peace Prize for this take, he is impressiong (and surprising) a lot of people on Twitter. And we love to see it. You can watch the video and enjoy the commentary below. Here's hoping Logan continues to throw these woke curveballs at us. Maybe he can get through to his base.

Twitter reacts to Logan Paul's podcast in which he defends Harry Styles' masculinity, gaslighting, candace owens, vogue | I've made fun of Logan Paul so much in the past and now I really have to acknowledge how impressed I am. This is a masterclass in addressing toxic masculinity with your friends and calling them out in a calm, thoughtful way.

Twitter Is Going Wild Over The Coolest Address Of All Time

Earlier this week, the hosts of the My Brother, My Brother and Me accidentally discovered the most righteous address ever. They were joking about how they'd spend whatever it took to live at 6969 Cool St. When they looked up the address, they discovered it was located in WEEDSPORT, New York.

This mind blowing discovery was met with a lot of Twitter attention: the requisite "nice" responses, attempts at one-upping the epic address, and unfortunately - fact checking. Much to our disappointment, there is no actual house at 6969 Cool St. Twitter user @gourdbag pointed out that it is only one block long. At least we can still move to 420 E High St, in Pottstown, PA.

Funny twitter reactions ot the discovery of 6969 cool street in weedsport new york, my brother, my brother and me podcast.

Fans of the 'Serial' Podcast are probably all too familiar with the story of Adnan Syed, a teenager who was sent to jail for the murder of his ex-girlfriend, Hae Min Lee, under dubious circumstances.

DID HE DO IT OR NOT? That remains to be seen. His lawyers obviously think he is innocent and, as the podcast Serial discovered, the facts leading to his original conviction didn't exactly line up.

Since this is real life, the podcast's investigation left fans with a really big cliffhanger. Now that Adnan has been granted a new trial after 16 years in prison, hopefully this mysterious case will come to a satisfying conclusion.
