Some things are just cringey enough to make you say "oof" out loud and make a visibly pained facial expression. These posts are of no exception. In fact, many of these people should not be allowed on social media ever again. Maybe we should all have to take a test to be allowed on social media? Honestly, that seems reasonable at this point.
PETA has a long history of rubbing the world the wrong way, and earlier this week they took things way too far. The so-called animal rights organization denigrated fallen hero Steve Irwin to further their cause and the internet rose up in anger. In the words of The Dude, this aggression will not stand, man. We've put together some more anti-PETA memes to help everyone in this righteous meme take down.
What doesn't PETA like to ruin? Last time they came for the world's most beloved late crocodile hunter Steve Irwin on his birthday, and this time it's the cute little sheep-like Pokemon Wooloo, who will make his debut in Pokemon Sword and Shield.
The animal rights organization used Wooloo in a Twitter meme implying to their audience that they should not purchase wool clothing products. While this might seem like a harmless little message, people have been pointing out PETA's constant thirst for capitalizing off of pop culture icons in order to sell their controversial messages. Accordingly, memers have been making response memes as a big f*ck you to them.
So without further ado, scroll down for both ample amounts of PETA-hating and general Wooloo memes!
Jimmy's Famous Seafood decided to live on the wild side over the past few days and go completely off the rails with their official business Twitter account. They started out taunting PETA with pics of their food and went on to savagely roast random people who dared comment on the tweets. Whoever's in charge of Jimmy's social media accounts sure was feeling pretty darn sassy!

As if PETAreally needed more publicity, right? Nevertheless, the controversial animal rights organization has made headlines once again for slandering the beloved crocodile hunter Steve Irwin. On February 22nd, Google displayed an Irwin-related Doodle in honor of his birthday. PETA took to Twitter to criticize the Doodle, claiming that Irwin passed away while harassing wild animals who were simply minding their own business. As a result, the internet banded together to absolutely roast the crap out of PETA, and the results are pretty great.
PETA's marketing team had a serious win yesterday after releasing their chart of alternatives to "anti-animal language." If you missed this, check out our post here. The reactions and trolling have been hilarious, and now people are creating their own memey parodies of the chart. And guess what? They're damn good.
It's no secret that people love to hate on PETA, but today that pastime is more popular than ever. The hardcore animal rights association took to Twitter yesterday to fight against what they call "anti-animal language" - and provided a handy chart on how to substitute ancient aphorisms with more animal-friendly terminology. The chart, as you can imagine, is wholly ridiculous.
Twitter users were quick to jump on PETA for suggestions like "Feed two birds with one scone" in lieu of "Kill two birds with one stone." Their trolling attempts have been ridiculously entertaining. We've included some of our favorite tweets, but for even more fun you can peruse the thread here.
