We never thought we'd see people get so worked up over a board game, but here we are. 

Hasbro just launched a "women-centric" version of the classic game Monopoly that they've named "Ms. Monopoly." In the game, players invest in various inventions created by women. 

Where the game gets controversial is the rule that female players must make more money than their male counterparts, which many Twitter users have been calling out as "sexist" and counter-productive to actual gender equality.

Remember all those happy times spent around a table with your friends and family, playing Monopoly, America's favorite boredom? No? Oh right, that's because Monopoly creates enemies from alliances and ruins lives. Game drama aside, according to these memes, nobody likes the ruination more than the Monopoly man himself.
