All The Best Memes To Come Out Of The 'Diablo Immortal' Backlash

Gaming giants Blizzard Entertainment announced their upcoming multiplayer mobile game, Diablo Immortal, on November 2nd. The news was not well-received by gamers, who have been waiting for an update to the beloved PC game for 6 years. The mobile-only game is apparently being seen as a betrayal by fans, who have since taken to making memes and scathing tweets on the subject. Here are some of our favorites.

Yeah, I don't like free to play, either. While it means better graphics, it means ruined dirt races (I'm legit. This game had those, too).

While seen by some as the logical progression into an ever-growing market, others were a bit more cynical about the decision, worrying that Nintendo might Candy Crush-ify themselves with lame microtransactions and P2W content. CliffyB was firmly in the "this sucks" camp, as he expressed on Tuesday:
