Happy Tuesday, Tolkien-heads. We're back with another big ass batch of Lord of the Rings memes. Some of them are clever and referential. Others are very, very dumb. But we like to think they'll all be entertaining for even the most basic LOTR fan. And if you need more Middle-earth related goodness, you can check out previous installments here and here. We know this shit never gets old. 

Let's be honest here, real-life planet earth sucks right now. We've got a plague, murderous bees, fires, and we're on the brink of war. We'd much rather be in Middle-Earth far away from all of that sh*t. Since we can't exactly go there, we figure Lord of the Rings memes are the next best thing.

Finally, a Twitter thread that somehow manages to combine two of our favorite things: Lord of the Rings and talking shit about ex-boyfriends. Twitter user @AlexArellia hits the nail right on the head with these assessments, and even tacked on everyone's favorite dudes from The Hobbit  after receiving numerous requests on her viral thread. We just hope we never date anyone like any of these guys ever again.
