Social media is wonderful in a lot of ways: it allows us to keep in touch with our loved ones, and share our creative endeavors, hopes, and dreams. But there's always a dark side. The option to share has now become almost compulsory, and there's often a sense of having to keep up with your network. If your life is anything but perfect - you can at least try to make it appear so. These stories really prove that these facades can be unhealthy - and, rarely, a way to keep yourself safe.
