It is a profound shock that none of these skullduggerous, no do good'er fools were arrested. Honestly, I spent the majority of this video wincing, grinding my teeth, and almost sure one of these kids was going to take a fisticuff to face. But alas these well-mannered cops pretty much stood by and put up with the bullsh*t.
