This "Dad and the dog" dank meme combines two of our favorite things: dads and doggos. The meme exploits the idea that dads are truly marshmallows under their tough exteriors. The first instance of the meme featured Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson with a cute dog, paired with a joke about a dad's hesitance about getting a dog, and his eventual love for the damn critter. The memes have been popping off since early this week, and it's easy to see why.

Star Wars fans were overjoyed last night after being treated to the first Solo trailer during the Super Bowl - and today we've got a trailer. The clip features some familiar faces: Donald Glover as Lando Calrissian, Woody Harrelson as ringleader Beckett, and Emilia Clarke as Qi'ra, another part of their eventual crew. Alden Ehrenreich plays the title role of our favorite "Nerf herder," and in the Super Bowl spot you can almost picture his voice leaving Harrison Ford's mouth. Honestly, that's where the resemblance stops.

Fans seem a bit more excited about Glover's Lando - the trailer features him oozing Lando goodness, dressed in rich furs and cracking smug smiles. On this end, we're stoked to finally see a Han/Chewie meet-cute and exactly how Han became the most prolific smuggler in the galaxy. Just have to wait until Labor Day.

We've been seeing a lot of photos transformed into piles of spaghetti, and now we know why. Ostagram, a web application that was introduced in 2015, allows users to process their photos with other images, ranging from fine art (Van Gogh) to...the aforementioned pile of spaghetti. The spaghetti filter has been really popular within the meme community, transforming everyone from Pepe to Donald Trump into a carb-laden feast.
