We have never gotten bored of Marvel memes but this latest iteration really takes the cake. If you're not familiar with the characters, we recommend you stop reading or brush up on hours of info right here. As early as 2017, fans of the series have been theorizing that Ant-Man (capable of changing his size from teeny tiny to gigantic) would defeat Thanos by entering his body, whether via urethra or anus. Lovely. The theory has floated around the internet ether for a couple years now, finally becoming a full-fledged dank meme this month. The memes range from coy to very, very raunchy. We love 'em all.
Sunday's Super Bowl wasn't terribly exciting for anyone except maybe Tom Brady and Marvel fans. Like last year, Marvel chose to air a trailer during the big game, this time showcasing Avengers: Endgame. To say we are pumped would be an understatement. Fortunately we have a whole lot of Marvel memes and moments to get us through to the late April release.

Ant-Man starring Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly is set to release July 17th this year, and Marvel finally gave us a look at the founding Avengers member in this new poster.
Fortunately, Entertainment Weekly came prepared.

Now that we have Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Hollyood has turned our casting attention back to Marvel, with an update on Edgar Wright's Ant-Man with Variety reporting that former Lost star Evangeline Lilly is in talks to join the film as a romantic lead. Fans of the comic will undoubtedly remember Ant Man's wife and cohort Janet van Dyne aka Wasp as a regular member of The Avengers, so seeing her suit up in the Ant-Man stand alone is expected.
It does sound as though Wright is changing the book signifigantly, making Janet the daughter of Hank Pym, rather than romantic interest. But with the news that Paul Rudd will be playing Scott Lang the theif who stole the supre suit from an aging Hank Pym (played by Michael Douglas), putting Wasp in a younger role seems logical enough.
Personally I would prefer the often rumored Rashida Jones over Evangeline Lilly. What do you think?
