Eric Rickin, a psychiatrist who lives in a suburb of Pittsburgh put these signs, which he custom ordered, on his lawn. He says it's to fight "the absurd with absurdity" according to an interview with the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. 

This is a real presidential candidate, people. At least he's made his position on the all female cast of 'Ghostbusters' clear, unlike the other candidates who seem to be skirting the issue.
