Stephen Lund took his doodles in a new direction by drawing them with GPS on a city map.

He rides his bicycle through the streets to make a picture on a fitness tracking map.

He even did a TED Talk about his giraffe:

With just the right perspective, even the real world can become an optical illusion. These photos, shared on Facebook by ArtPeople, are just too good to be true.

Surely a lot of trust goes into Mike Wolfe and Tyler Harding's unique hobby, but this is just a level of friendship I can never hope to attain. Harding shaves artistic renderings into Wolfe's back hair about every four months (hey, it takes time to grow!), to take photos for a "calendHAIR" celebrating Wolfe's wolfy pelt.

In defense of their art, 10% of the proceeds from their calendar go to charity. You can buy one here if you want your year to be filled with back hair puns like "M-HAIRY-achy Band" and "EastHAIR Bunny."
