Dave DiCianni is no stranger to trolling people over text. When he got a new phone number he got so many wrong number texts that he started a blog about it called This Isn't Shannon. That's why when he got a fake landlord asking for money he decided to embark on the following exchange:

Today in Twitter theater we have the story of Dave Holmes, an LA based writer and comedian who received a scam call from someone pretending to be from the IRS. Since he was at the beginning of a commute, Dave decided to go along with the scheme.
