The internet can be a wonderful place full of information and wisdom, but more often than not it turns into soapbox for people to spout whatever insane rhetoric or obsessions they have. It becomes a fabulous echo chamber where you can validate your own thoughts and convictions because only your opinion matters.

There's something about these comics and drawings that I find to be so incredibly soothing. Maybe it's the washed out muted color scheme, the lack of dialogue, or the incredibly relaxed facial expressions on the characters. 

It all comes together with the context to create this oddly soothing yet foreboding feeling.
